We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This Returns Policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date you (or a third party you designated) received the goods. No reason is required.
How to Return
- Email hello@buzzin-bees.com within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and that you wish to return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Return the product in its original, sealed packaging. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made via the original payment method (Swish).
We may deduct from the refund any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Exceptions — Food Products
Under Art. 16(d) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Honey or other food products where the original tamper-evident seal has been broken.
Unopened, sealed honey products may be returned within the 14-day period.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen).
