1. Operator
Buzzin' Bees — a hobby enterprise (hobbyverksamhet) operated by Murat Akkemik, Svinninge, Sweden. Email: hello@buzzin-bees.com
2. Products
We sell raw honey produced at our own apiary in Svinninge, Sweden, and selected beekeeping nutrition products. All products are described as accurately as possible. Natural variations in colour, crystallisation and taste are normal for raw honey and are not defects.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include 12% VAT (livsmedel — food products) where applicable.
- Payment is accepted via Swish (Swedish mobile payments). Additional methods may be added in future.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, including honey, once the original sealed packaging has been opened. Sealed, unopened products may be returned.

6. Warranties and Liability
Products comply with Swedish and EU food safety regulations. In the event of a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, illustrations and the AI chatbot responses — is the property of Buzzin' Bees or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. AI Chatbot (Ask Bee)

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be addressed through our customer service. If unresolved, you may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN — Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
